Return Policy
 

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be:

 

  1. Unused and in original condition
  2. In original packaging with all accessories
  3. Accompanied by proof of purchase
  4. Items that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a full refund. 

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, you can request an exchange. We will replace the product with the same model or offer an alternative if the item is unavailable.

 

How to Return or Exchange

  • Receive return instructions and authorization
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Ship the product to the provided return address
      

Refunds
 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 

Non-Returnable Items
 

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

 

  • Opened or used earphones and headphones (for hygiene reasons)
  • Damaged items caused by misuse
  • Products without original packaging or accessories
     

Shipping Costs
 

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
